All of our products are shipped directly from our certified suppliers located in the United States, Europe, and Asia.

We ship your order within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
The average delivery time is 7–12 business days, with a maximum window of up to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

A tracking code is provided so you can follow your order in real time through the official postal website.

Please note: In certain cases, delivery times may be extended due to delays, strikes, holidays, high-demand periods, or other external factors beyond Fut Company’s control.

Tracking Code

Your tracking code will be sent to your email within 4 business days after your order is dispatched.

Tracking updates may take 1–5 business days to appear in the carrier’s system after the code is generated.

Delivery Issues

I did not receive all the products

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
Each package will have its own tracking code.
So if one item arrives first, don’t worry — the remaining products will arrive in the following shipments that are already on the way.
